Month of Wedding Coordinator
We're here to ensure your big day runs smoothly starting 60 days out, so you can be present on your big day.
Includes:
60 days of partial planning support
10 hours of in person support on your wedding day (option to add on additional hours as needed)
Weekly touchbases with your coordinator subject to your availability
1 hour of rehearsal attendance
One walk through within 6 weeks of the wedding
Timeline creation
Vendor communication throughout the 60 days
Introduced to your coordinator 60 days ahead of your event
Multiple venues policy:
If there is a venue change on the day of your event and you would like your coordinator present at both locations, you will need to add an additional coordinator. Please see our Coordination Extras for this service.
Multiple payment options:
25% deposit required to reserve your date (CODE: DEPOSIT25); Balance due 60 days prior to your event.
10% off to pay in full (CODE: PFMostest10)
