  • To become a member of Mostest, we require hundreds of hours of experience.

  • We verify all candidates’ experience using AI.

  • All members of Mostest are required to complete incremental training to ensure quality.

  • Our services are available now in NYC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, San Diego, Scottsdale, Miami, Orlando & Jacksonville.

    Accepting 2024 bookings for all of the above, as well as Philadelphia, Boston, Palm Beach, Charleston, Nashville, Seattle

    Mostest is headquartered in NYC.

  • Wedding coordination deposits are not refundable. For all other services, you may cancel up until 30 days before your event.

    For events booked 30 days or less before your event, services are not refundable.

    If you’re not satisfied with your service, you may be eligible for a future credit. Please email info@joinmostest.com

  • If you know the service you need, go ahead and book online. We take in your event details at checkout (date, location, etc.), and our team reaches out within 1-2 business days.

    If you’re unclear what service is best for you, schedule a complimentary consultation.

  • For month of coordination, we match you 60 days from your wedding date based on your event needs, personal style, and planner availability.

    For hourly service we match you closer to your event based on the same criteria.

  • We offer services outside of our key cities for a travel fee.

    NYC: travel fee requested for locations outside of the five Burroughs, including New Jersey, Connecticut, and others

    Other markets: all bookings outside of 45 minutes from a city center by vehicle

    All markets: travel over 90 minutes will be subject to additional travel charges (NYC: public transportation, Other: vehicle)

    Travel fee may be booked here and is accrued daily

  • Virtual planning starts within 3 business days of booking your service. The process details are based on the project brief, but generally we like to start with a goals & budget meeting.

  • The earlier the better! Our calendar fills up quickly, so if you’d like to work with gthr, book once that decision is made. With that said, we do our best to accommodate last minute bookings too.

  • Light decor support is included in your month of coordination. Anything more extensive, such as DIY arch building is subject to additional fee’s.

    Schedule a complimentary consultation to get a customized quote for any special projects you need help with outside of day of coordination.

  • Unfortunately, no. BUT, a great coordinator will do their best to come as close as possible. The real value of having a coordinator is for when there are hiccups, so you aren’t stuck hosting & managing them.
