Metro, Westchester. Don't see your location? We also offer virtual services worldwide for things like Event Design.

Wedding coordination deposits are not refundable. For all other services, you may cancel up until 30 days before your event.
For events booked 30 days or less before your event, services are not refundable.
If you’re not satisfied with your service, you may be eligible for a future credit. Please email info@joinmostest.com

Virtual planning starts within 3 business days of booking your service. The process details are based on the project brief, but generally we like to start with a goals & budget meeting.

The earlier the better! Our calendar fills up quickly, so if you’d like to work with Mostest, book once that decision is made. With that said, we do our best to accommodate last minute bookings too.

Light decor support is included in your month of coordination. Anything more extensive, such as DIY arch building is subject to additional fee’s.

Unfortunately, no. BUT, a great coordinator will do their best to come as close as possible. The real value of having a coordinator is for when there are hiccups, so you aren’t stuck hosting & managing them.
